Ragley’s Bikes for 2021

Products

For 2021, Ragley “will not be reinventing the wheel” in his own words.

The 2021 line-up is simply a continuation of what Ragley is best known for – bikes with an eye for value that are sensibly crafted. Not a revolution, just evolution by measure.

What’s new you would ask? Let’s begin with, this year, you’ll find an extra mountain bike in the line-up. The new Big Al 1.0 adds to the spec list a dropper seat-post, 11-speed Deore group-set and the Marzocchi Bomber Z2 fork, and is now next to the Big Al 2.0.0. The base model begins at £1099.99.

The Big Wig is a hard-tail enduro. The Race spec bike gets bumped up to 160mm of fork ride. If trail riding is more of your thing, a 140mm Discovery still comes with the regular Big Wig construction. RRP £1999.99

The specifications of the 27.5″ wheeled Blue Pig almost echo those of the Big Wig; Shimano 12 speed, Shimano 4-piston brakes, and Nukeproof wheels.” For the Blue Pig and Blue Pig Race, Fork Travel comes in at 150mm and 160mm respectively. The head angle comes in at 63,75 ° to boot in the shorter travel alternative. Prices start at £1999.99, with £599.99.99 available for the frame.

In the range, the Piglet has more of a bias towards trail riding than the other steel bikes. It is more sensitive and aims to be the ultimate all-rounder, capable of anything from epic days in the saddle to blasting through the local forests, built with a shorter 140mm fork. It also does not lack tyre clearance and can suit up to 2.6 inches. RRP £1999.99

The Mmmbop is the Blue Pig’s alloy equivalent and shares the same geometry, travel, scale of the wheel and hard-hitting intentions. A complete Shimano Deore community package, new wheels and a Marzocchi Bomber Z2 Rail are now available in the 2021 edition. The choice for frame only is also available in the colour Glitter Blue. RRP for the frame: £1399.99 or £349.99.

The Marley is aiming to give your buck a lot of bikes. This bike is at home ripping around the local trails with an aluminium frame rolling on 27.5” wheels with a 130mm fork up front. It is fitted with 425mm chain stays, like many of the 27.5 bikes in Ragley’s range, and promises to be a lot of fun. £1399.99 RRP.

What about availability?
