1. Set up your bike correctly<\/strong>
\n\u2013 This is number 1 on the list for a reason. If you commit to riding a bicycle that is not tailored to your body, then the chances of you struggling and not enjoying your cycle becomes a frustrating reality.
\n\u2013 People differ with respect to arm, leg and torso length, so in saying that, visit your local specialist bike shop where they will alter the saddle and handle bar positions for you (or adjust when you receive your rental bike).<\/p>\n
