Granfondo Stelvio Santini

With just over a month to go to the start of the 9th Granfondo Stelvio Santini, there is still a chance to snap up a bib and experience the rollercoaster emotions of one of the most iconic amateur races on the scene. But you’ll have to move fast as entries close on August 15th.

All entrants in the Granfondo, which takes place on September 12th, will receive the Santini Cycling Wear event jersey featuring two different Polartec fabrics made from recycled PET bottles. In all around five bottles were used for each of the jerseys, which also come in compostable packaging and in different colours and styles for men and women. The 90 euro entry fee also includes a participant number personalised with your name, a time chip, refreshments along the route, and mechanical assistance for your bike.

And how could we forget the legendary Pasta Party? After the sweat and exhaustion of the race, this is exactly the kind of great get-together that has been missing from all our lives for too long!

Competitors have a choice of three race routes: the 60km Short Route, the 138km Medium Route, and, for the fittest of fit, the 151km Long Route which also takes in the Mortirolo Pass, one of Europe’s toughest climbs. All three routes share a start-line at Bormio and a finish-line at the top of the Stelvio Pass.
