Gravel Cycling Comes to the Stelvio
Gravel cycling has seen a surge in popularity across Europe, and the organisers of La Stelvio Santini are embracing the trend with a high-altitude gravel ride that showcases the region’s natural beauty. Riders will start and finish in Bormio, navigating forest tracks and gravel roads through Valdisotto, Valfurva, Valdidentro, and the stunning Cancano Lakes area.
Two route options cater to different levels of fitness and experience:
- Short Route: 44 km with 1,400 metres of climbing
- Long Route: 70 km with 2,000 metres of elevation gain

- Medium Route: 108 km with 3,050 metres of elevation gain
- Short Route: 64 km with 2,280 metres of elevation gain
