FSA BIKE Garda Trentino Festival Returns for 2021

FSA BIKE Garda Trentino Back on the Calendar After Absent 2020

After the coronavirus pandemic put a hold on last year’s gathering and numerous postponements this year, the FSA BIKE Garda Trentino festival is finally returning in October.

In what is usually a season opener for mountain biking enthusiasts around May, this year’s event will instead close out the season when it commences on October 15th, where it will run for two days.

Intersecting the towering Dolomites, you will find a breathtaking lagoon of shimmering aquamarine, Lark Garda, around which the festival takes place. It is Italy’s largest lake, boasting majestic mountains, luscious green hills all the way down to the beaches of Lakes Tenno and Ledro, or along River Sarca at the Ponte Romano (Roman Bridge) in Ceniga.

The bustling windsurfer’s paradise on Lake Garda’s northern shore, Riva del Garda, will host the festival itself, and offers tourists a quintessentially Italian experience with 13th century fortresses and incredible lakeside eateries serving traditional local cuisine.

Over 120 renowned exhibitors with more than 250 brands will present their new products at the large expo, which will be available for extensive testing. Guided tours for different skill levels and rider types will also be offered, where experienced instructors will teach and train the most important basics as well as new moves and tricks.

Elsewhere, attendees will be able to participate in adrenaline fuelled side events taking place over the two days; the fastest riders will be determined on three different routes at the ‘SCOTT BIKE Marathon’ on Saturday.

In the ‘Bosch eMTB Challenge’, all e-bike enthusiasts can prove their handling between battery conservation, speed and technology. The enduro specialists will show their downhill and jumping skills on Sunday in the ‘Enduro Challenge’.

There is also the opportunity for the youngsters to try their hand in the ‘Junior Trophy’ on Sunday.
