MAXXIS BIKE Transalp 2022 awards prize money again, awarding 20,000 euros for the fastest teams
From 3 to 9 July 2022, hundreds of ambitious mountain bikers will once again face the adventure of the MAXXIS BIKE Transalp. This year, not only spectacular panoramas and unforgettable experiences await the participants, but also enticing prize money for the fastest teams.
The organisers of the MAXXIS BIKE Transalp have decided to make available a contingent for the distribution of prize money in 2022. The last time prize money was awarded to the top ranks was in 2016. A total of 20,000 euros will be available for the first-place finishers at the MAXXIS BIKE Transalp 2022.
As a traditional team competition for more than two decades, the amount is distributed among the first-place finishers in each category in the team classification.
The fastest teams in the Women’s, Masters, Grand Masters, and Mixed categories will receive the:
1st place: 1,200 euros
2nd place: 900 euros
3rd place: 600 euros.
In the men’s category, the five fastest teams can look forward to prize money. It will be staggered as follows:
1st place: 3,000 euros
2nd place: 2,000 euros
3rd place: 1,200 euros
4th place: 800 euros
5th place: 500 euros.
The fastest master teams will be awarded for:Â
1st place with 2,000 euros
2nd place with 1.500 Euro
3rd place with 900 Euros.
The first-place finishers in the individual classification will receive material prizes.
